Creation & production
Chantier IA
Supported by the CALQ, the AI Site is a new cycle of reflection and support for artistic creation around artificial intelligence (AI) issues, extending until 2026.
The goal: to repurpose and reclaim tools from the artificial intelligence industry to ask questions, address issues, and conceive artistic propositions
Our current programming (exhibitions, residencies, publications, mediation) is centered around the ‘AI Site’ – a three-year exploration cycle (2024-2026) on artificial intelligence and its relationship to arts and society. Occasionally, during this period, we will present projects outside of this scope that still explore the relationship between art and technology.
Through this interdisciplinary initiative, Sporobole and the University of Sherbrooke facilitate collaboration between the artistic and scientific worlds, fostering a mutually enriching dialogue between the two.
