Stéphanie Morissette
Canadian multidisciplinary artist Stéphanie Morissette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Studio Art from Concordia University, a Diploma of Superior Studies (DESS) in Artistic International Cooperation from the University of Paris-VIII and a Certificate in Film Scenario from UQAM University. She has taken part in several international residency programs, e.g. in Canada, Iceland, Finland and Germany. Her works, video and/or exhibitions, have been shown internationally.
Stéphanie Morissette won the Quebec Art Council Prize (CALQ) – Artwork of the year 2017 in Eastern Township Qc, Canada, for her exhibition *L’inquiète forêt (Troubled Forest*). In 2018, she did a 3 months residency at the brain imaging company Imeka. She currently lives and works in Sherbrooke.
