Antonin Gougeon-Moisan

Antonin Gougeon-Moisan is a 30-year-old multidisciplinary artist from Montreal. After studying in the Creation and Production program at the National Theatre School of Canada (NTS) (class of 2016), he joined Studio Mirari as a multimedia director. For six years, he participated in the creation of over a hundred creative projects within the company, as video, sound, lighting and set designer, and as director and ideator. His experience has enabled him to work in the vast majority of Montreal theaters. It was also with Mirari that he created a dozen multimedia installations presented in Montreal, Manchester (UK), Quebec City, San Francisco (US), Malmö (SE) and Frankfurt (DE), among others. A teacher at ÉNT since 2018, he undertook a bachelor’s degree in digital music at Université de Montréal in 2022, in parallel with his artistic work. In 2024, he will be releasing the experimental electronic music album Montréal rivières in collaboration with composer·trice·s Myriam Boucher, Gabriel·le Caux and Simon Chioini on the LFO label in the fall.
