Created in 2019 by the minist\u00e8re de la Culture et des Communications (MCC)<\/a>, in collaboration with the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement des entreprises culturelles (SODEC)<\/a> and the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Qu\u00e9bec (CALQ)<\/a>, as part of Plan culturel num\u00e9rique du Qu\u00e9bec (PCNQ)<\/a>, the network brings together some 50 digital cultural development agents<\/a> in 57 organizations across Quebec’s cultural milieu, with a common goal: to contribute to the cultural milieu’s digital shift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The vision and actions proposed for the RADN in the coming months will therefore take into account all its expertise and vivacity, fostering involvement, creativity and trust between DNAs, cultural managers and other stakeholders. By remaining focused on concrete projects, documenting and showcasing the expertise developed by the community of practice, and opening up reflection to possibilities for transformation, the consortium aims to continue nurturing the fertile ground from which ideas emerge, and in which joint projects and structuring partnerships germinate (resumption of national meetings, training activities, collective worksites, monitoring, technology referral service).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To ensure impeccable coordination of the mandate, a steering committee will be formed with representatives from Projet collectif and Sporobole. This committee, made up of Maryse Gervais, Project Director, Vincent Chapdelaine, Co-General Manager of Projet collectif and \u00c9ric Desmarais, General Manager of Sporobole, will ensure that the project’s orientations are respected and that its objectives are achieved. Projet collectif and Sporobole share a deep understanding of Quebec’s cultural scene and the challenges of its digital shift, a common vision of the project and the complementary expertise required to coordinate it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
