Phaneuf<\/strong> is an artist, writer, and exhibition curator. His works take the form of collections, inventories, and classifications, exploring both popular culture and official and marginal contemporary narratives. He has presented his artistic work in several artist-run centers, galleries, and museums across Canada, including the CLARK Center, the Mus\u00e9e r\u00e9gional de Rimouski, OPTICA (Center for Contemporary Art), the Grande Biblioth\u00e8que, Museum London, the National Gallery of Canada, and the Winnipeg Art Gallery.He is the author of several literary works, including <em>Cavalcade en cyclorama<\/em> (Le Quartanier, 2013), <em>Le Carrousel encyclop\u00e9dique des grandes v\u00e9rit\u00e9s de la vie moderne<\/em> (La Peuplade, 2020), and <em>Mauvaises herbes<\/em> (Le laps, 2023). He has also published numerous artist books, the most recent being <em>Hockeyeurs<\/em> (Mus\u00e9e ambulant, 2021). On stage, he has presented the illustrated lecture <em>Fins p\u00e9riples dans les vaisseaux du man\u00e8ge global<\/em> (since 2015) in Quebec and France.
