FESTICOURT 2013 / SONORES – TERRES
SONORES
Three performances that play on the border between poetry and noise.
Annie Lafleur presents Impérative et autres nuits, a blend of injunctions to the present imperative and troubled and scathing poems on an audio creation by Mériol Lehmann.
A relay creation developed as part of the Nouvelles vagues project, piloted by Productions Rhizome.
Hugo Blouin and his double bass propose a poetry-music performance on the isolation and degradation of memory.
Alexis O’Hara, an unclassifiable interdisciplinary artist, ventures between experimental music, poetry and dark humor.

TERRES 2013
From May 23rd to 26th, it is under the theme EARTH that poetry and performances will resound in downtown Sherbrooke, under the sign of brevity and intensity.
This 8th edition will therefore explore the themes of territory and belonging, build bridges across distance, and re-root poetry in the streets of the city, so that the word will grow under the asphalt and concrete.
