Benoît côté
First trained in composition, Benoît Côté has a doctorate in music. A versatile artist, he evolves in the literary, theatre and music world. He has published an essay, finalist for the Governor General’s Literary Awards, as well as three novels, all acclaimed by critics and the public. In theater and dance, he has composed numerous music pieces for the stage heard in Quebec and abroad, taking the stage himself as a musician-actor. Also an educator, Benoît is very active in cultural mediation and is the general director of the Cosimu organization behind Fonofone, a cutting-edge digital tool for introducing creativity.
